Accommodation
The interior of Holiday Home Lantina spans 60 m² and features a comfortable, functional layout – ideal for families or smaller groups of up to six people. The house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and an additional bunk bed suitable for children.
The kitchen is part of an open-plan layout with the dining and living area and is fully equipped – including a dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, kettle, coffee machine, mixer, and all necessary cooking utensils. Hot water is available in both the kitchen and bathroom, which greatly enhances comfort, especially on the island. As the house is powered entirely by solar energy, there is no oven, further emphasizing the self-sustainable lifestyle in harmony with nature.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. During colder months, guests can heat the house with a wood-burning stove, with firewood already provided. Instead of classic air conditioning, the house uses ceiling fans that blend perfectly with the rustic ambiance and provide a pleasant temperature during warmer days.
For evening relaxation or watching films, there is a smart TV connected to Starlink internet, ensuring a reliable connection even in this remote corner of the Adriatic.
Exterior
The spacious 60 m² terrace stretches along the shoreline and offers uninterrupted views of the open sea – a sight you’ll never forget. Partially covered with a pergola, the terrace provides welcome shade during the hot summer months, making it an ideal space for dining outdoors or relaxing throughout the day. Guests have access to a large table for 6 people and four sun loungers for enjoying the sunshine or reading a book with a sea view.
Right in front of the terrace is a private pier with mooring for two boats, offering secure anchorage and easy sea access. The sea is also accessible via a stone and pebble entrance to the right of the pier, and the flat rocks and depth at the dock are perfect for diving in.
To the right of the house, in a large olive grove, guests will find a quiet, restful spot – sun loungers among the olive trees, a hammock, and a barbecue for preparing fresh food in an authentic setting. For added comfort, there is a solar shower, ideal for a quick rinse after swimming.
Evenings are enhanced by ambient outdoor lighting, creating a unique atmosphere beneath the stars and extending time spent on the terrace even after sunset.

House Lantina
The perfect place to rest your body and soul in seclusion, with maximum comfort. I was especially delighted with the dishwasher and the huge terrace and garden. We will definitely be coming back next year!

House Lantina
House Lantina is everything we dreamed of! Of course, the house has all the comfort you need - including many things you would not expect to find at an off-the-grid house. What we loved the most, was its location, peace, tranquility, the surroundings, the sea,... everything is perfect and you can enjoy it 24/7 without the crowds, noise etc. We brought kayaks with us and could explore the nearby islands and bays, but mostly just stayed in our private "Lantina bay" and spent some lovely family time. The owner Ana and Hrvoje are amazing as well, super helpful, caring and made sure we had an amazing stay. Thank you so much! hope to be back soon!
